UNLISTED. This counterstamp, on an 1835 sliver dime, is the only known such example. Rulau suggests that this token belonst to H(enry). W(illiam). Bessac (1795-1856), a sliversmith located in Hudson, NY. Another possibility is William John Bessac (1788-1849), also a silversmith located in Hudson, NY.
