   HT 361       Low 79       MS 62 BN       R-4

W. P. Haskins. Troy, NY. 1834. Copper. 28.5mm. Lafayette H.

Even, medium brown color. There are several issues with this same obverse, but this Haskins piece is by far the most elusive.

Rev: Weakly struck at top.

The John J. Ford Collection (Stack's, June 23, 2004, lot 151).
Ex. F.C.C. Boyd Estate.

   HT 362       Low 80       AU 55       R-1

W.P Haskins. 1834 Schenk. Copper. 28.5mm. See also HT-157. This store card features two merchants, S.B. Schenck on the obverse and W. P. Haskins on the reverse.

Very Fine. This token is quite underrated as to sacrcity and is missing from many advanced collections.

Obv: Traces of mint red remain. Somewhat weakly struck in the peripheral letters at the right, which is normal for this variety.

Rev: Pinpoint pit to left of "H" in HASKINS.

Unsold from Springfield sale, September 22, 1981, lot 2531.
